The Pullman Regional Hospital Auxiliary

The Pullman Regional Hospital Auxiliary exists to support the mission, vision and values of the hospital. Through a variety of fundraising efforts, the Auxiliary makes financial contributions to Pullman Regional Hospital for the purchase of patient care items. The Auxiliary also operates the hospital gift shop, The Gift Garden. Many Auxilians are also regular volunteers at the hospital.

Funds raised from activities listed below are donated to
the hospital for patient comfort.

Candy Sale

The first week in December the Auxiliary holds a See's Candy sale in the hospital.

Christmas Tree Raffle

Each December the Auxiliary holds a Christmas Tree Raffle. Trees are donated by community businesses and hospital employees.

Gift Garden

The Gift Garden offers a variety of gifts for patients, staff and the community including baby items, flowers, cards, jewelry, candy and patient comfort items.

Have-A-Heart

Orders are taken for Valentine's Day. Buyers can select from a variety of packaged Valentie offerings, from cookies to balloons, to mugs. Gifts are delivered to the recipient.

Membership Dues

Membership dues are $10 annually. To become a member complete the membership form.

Auxiliary Volunteer Opportunities

When you become a member of the Auxiliary, you join a group of dedicated community members who are an integral part of the Pullman Regional Hospital family. We can match your skills, interest and availability with the Gift Garden, patient care or with fundraising efforts. Auxiliary volunteer opportunities include:

Blood Drive

Inland Northwest Blood Center services the Palouse area. Draws are made at the hospital and local businesses in the Pullman/Moscow area. Volunteers interact with donors and serve them refreshments.

Christmas Tea

Each December a tea for members and their guests is held. Volunteers are needed to assist in serving and/or hosting a table with decorations and dessert.

Gift Garden

Gift Garden volunteers keep the gift shop running so hospital visitors can purchase gifts and cards for patients and staff.

Information Desk

Information Desk volunteers are the "face" of Pullman Regional Hospital. They greet, direct and share information about the hospital. This is a great opportunity to interact with people.

Newborn Hats

Those who knit and crochet are needed to make hats for newborn babies. Last year 365 babies were born at Pullman Regional Hospital.

The Gift Garden

The Gift Garden offers a variety of gifts for patients, staff and the community including baby items, flowers, cards, jewelry, candy and patient comfort items. The Gift Garden is staffed by Auxiliary volunteers. The Gift Garden is open Monday-Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM. Phone orders are welcome. Fresh flowers are provided by Neill's Flowers and Gifts, Dissmore's Floral and Safeway Floral.
