Patient Registration

Patient Registration is de-centralized throughout Pullman Regional Hospital so patients are registered in the area that they are being seen.  Within the hospital there are three main areas that patients are registered in:  Out Patient Services, Same Day Surgery and the Emergency Department.  Patients are also registered by department in Behavioral Health, the Specialty Clinics, the Lab and Summit Therapy.

In Out Patient Services (OPS) patients are registered for the Lab, Dietary, Respiratory Therapy and Imaging.  The OPS Registration desk is staffed Monday thru Friday from 7 A.M. to 8 P.M., and on the weekends from 11:30 A.M. to 5 P.M., the phone number is (509) 336-7614.  All OPS patients will need a physician order to obtain services.  In Same Day Surgery (SDS) patients are pre-registered prior to their surgical procedures and registered on the day of their procedure.  Patients are registered for Infusions, Injections, Transfusions, Endoscopy and Surgery.  The SDS Registration desk is staffed Monday thru Friday from 5:30 A.M. to 5 P.M., the phone number is (509) 336-7612.  All SDS patients will need a physician order to obtain services.  If you are scheduled for a pre-operative appointment, please watch the informational video here prior to coming in for your appointment.

In the Emergency Department (ED) patients are registered for Emergency, Urgent Care and the Travel Clinic.  The ED Registration desk is staffed at all times 24 hours a day, the phone number is (509) 336-7365.    All after hours patients should report to the Emergency Department for Registration.
