Taichi Qigong 6- Week Class Begins

This class combines Qigong with Taichi for body awareness, improved balance and flexibility.  Taichi is a martial arts based type of Qigong exercise that is gaining popularity around the world for its health and wellness benefits.  Taichi fundamentals from various styles will be incorporated in this class.

This beginner's class is suitable for people of all fitness levels, as modifications will be made based on physical ability.  Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Although this six week session is offered at no charge, thanks to the Generosity Inspires program at Pullman Regional Hospital, we ask that you pay it forward with donation to a non-profit of your choice or by helping out someone in need.  Please sign up through Pullman Parks and Rec at 509-338-3227 or register on-line.
