The Power and Promise of Breast Tomosynthesis
Breast Tomosythesis provides 3D breast imaging for more effective screening and diagnosis. This technology helps detect cancers earlier as well as cancers that may be missed with 2D mammography alone. Improved accuracy in imaging offered by tomosynthesis technology also reduces recall rates or "false" positives, leading to better piece of mind.
Once again we raised the paddle for the Annual Giving for Excellence Fund Drive, and successfully raised funds to support womens' & childrens' health.

This year's wine tasting featured premium wines from: Gordon Estate Winery, Merry Cellars Winery and Bergevin Lane Vineyards.
Gordon Estate is located in the heart of the Columbia Valley in Washington State. They take great pride in being the oldest estate winery in Washington State by using only estate-grown grapes in making superb, handcrafted Washington wines.
In 1980, Jeff Gordon, along with his wife, Vicki and brother Bill, decided to plant wine grapes on the sagebrush-covered slope overlooking the Snake River in southeastern Washington's Columbia Valley. In 1985, he released his first small lot of Chardonnay wine produced from their vines and today Gordon Estate brand is growing in both production and acclaim.

Managing partners Gary and Annette Bergevin and Amber Lane founded Bergevin Lane Vineyards in 2002. Bergevin Lane sources from vineyards primarily located in the Walla Walla and Wahluke Slope appellations, including Pepper Bridge Vineyards, Les Collines and Stone Tree Vineyards. Their own 25 acre estate vineyard, Bergevin Springs Vineyard, was planted in May 2011. This unique site is planted on Bergevin homestead land from 1903. The "Estate" wines are in the making.
