Healthy Aging from a Traditional Chinese Medicine Perspective is the topic of the next Wellness for Life lecture on Monday, March 16 from 12 noon to 1 p.m. at Pullman Regional Hospital. Liz Lee, licensed acupuncturist at Summit Therapy & Health Services will speak on age-related changes from a functional and energetic perspective, primarily related to deterioration of organs and exhaustion of fundamental substances such as Qi (life force), Jing (essence), Blood and Spirit. Lee has a Master’s in Traditional Oriental Medicine and a Bachelor’s in Genetics.
