The Laboratory at Pullman Regional Hospital received accreditation by the Joint Commission in September as part of a two-day unannounced survey. Accreditation means strict standards of care and safety and regulatory requirements are met.
“The survey results validate that our laboratory provides high quality laboratory services for its patients,” said Jeannie Eylar, R.N., Chief Clinical Officer at Pullman Regional Hospital.
The Joint Commission is an independent, non-profit organization that accredits and certifies healthcare organizations and programs in the United States.
