Community healthcare agencies host “Let’s start the conversation” as part of National Healthcare Decisions Day
Mar 9, 2016
In recognition of National Healthcare Decisions Day, Pullman Regional Hospital and community healthcare agencies are hosting “Let’s start the conversation,” on Friday, April 15 with a unique game called “My Gift of Grace.” The game is receiving national recognition and is designed to get people thinking about what’s important to you. Insightful questions include “What age were you when you first realized you were going to die?”
Trained advance care facilitators will be onsite to make follow up appointments to develop advance care plans. For more information about the game, visit www.mygiftofgrace.com.
