Pullman Regional Hospital presents “Crafting a Wellness Vision”
Apr 20, 2016
Wellness for Life at Pullman Regional Hospital presents “Crafting a Wellness Vision: Your Personal Plan to Thrive” on Wednesday, April 27 at 12 noon in Conference Rooms C&D at the hospital. Melissa Francik, MS, RDN, CD, registered dietitian nutritionist at Pullman Regional Hospital, will speak on how to craft your own personal plan to thrive.
The capacity to thrive is not just in some of us; it’s in ALL of us! However, only 20 percent of adults are currently thriving and less than five percent engage in daily activities that support physical wellness. Positive psychology has emerged to guide people toward their best selves by building upon strengths and previous successes to support future growth. Connecting daily choices to a larger vision of what is truly meaningful in our lives is what makes lasting change possible.
Francik is working toward becoming a nationally certified health and wellness coach through Wellcoaches.
The presentation is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
