Women’s Leadership Guild Now Accepting Grant Applications

The Women’s Leadership Guild is now accepting applications for grant awards.

Grant applications will be accepted from regional non-profit agencies dedicated to supporting women’s and children’s health and wellness. The application deadline is August 1st, and applications can be found online at www.pullmanregional.org/wlg.

The Women’s Leadership Guild, established in January of 2015, supports regional non-profit agencies in support of women’s and children’s health and wellness and Pullman Regional Hospital’s highest needs through membership contributions.

Guild members raised and awarded $20,000 through last year’s grant cycle, and supported The Willow Center, Circles of Caring, Community Action Center, Friends of Hospice, and the Pullman Feeding Team for Children, in addition to Pullman Regional Hospital’s highest needs which included fetal heart monitors, a MyoSure fibroid and tissue removal system and a neonatal crib.

The Guild is chaired by Ashley Alred and includes board members Shelley Bennett, Judy Kolde, and Colleen MacDonald.

“We’re changing the course of women’s philanthropy through the power of collective giving, and we’re on a pathway to making a meaningful difference in the lives of women and children right here on the Palouse!” said Alred.
