Wear Red Day
Community Outreach Event
DateFeb 2, 2018
Time11:00AM - 1:00PM
On National Wear Red® Day, wearing red helps create awareness around the leading cause of death in women, one that claims the lives of 500,000 each year – heart disease. Spreading awareness and education around this silent killer will help us improve that number. Since National Wear Red Day started in 2003, nearly 300 fewer women die from heart disease each day.
Community members: stop by the hospital between 11:30 am - 1:00 pm to get your blood pressure checked for free and join us for a group photo at 12:15 pm. We hope to see you there!
