Experience Pullman Regional Hospital and Wellness for Life present “Growing Your Own Vegetables: Healthy Food and a Healthy You!” on Monday, March 23 at 12 noon at Pullman Regional Hospital in Conference Rooms C&D. Gardening is great exercise and a terrific way to grow your own tasty vegetables and fruits. Washington State University Asotin County Master Gardeners Ronda Welling and Janet Marugg will discuss the basics of gardening, including getting started with plants, seeds and herbs; fertilizing and watering; scouting for pests and diseases, and gardening in small areas (containers, square foot gardening).
The presentation is free and open to the public.
