Join Us this Thursday, April 9 at 12 Noon for the Wellness For Life Presentation: Walking for Exercise: How to develop a progressive walking program. Carrie Coen, DPT,  will address footwear, how to walk to emphasize general health , weight loss or cardiovascular health and how to develop walking as a lifelong habit. She will describe the difference between power walking and fitness walking to help avoid injuries.

The presentation is free and open to the public. No registration is required.
