New Director of Nutrition Services at Pullman Regional Hospital

Jul 28, 2017

Pullman Regional Hospital is excited to introduce Erin Richardson as the new Director of Nutrition Services at Red Sage Café. As a Certified Dietary Manager with over 25 years of experience in food service, Erin knows what it takes to make the Red Sage Café both homey and healthy. She is looking forward to implementing changes that will improve the overall flow of the café while fostering an environment that is held to the highest industry standards of infection prevention.

“I’ve got an incredible staff and a great predecessor. There are already great processes in place – I’m just working to fine tune them.” – Erin

The Red Sage Café is quickly becoming a favorite destination for area dining. While patients enjoy free room service from the Red Sage Café, it is also open to the entire community, a comfortable gathering place where the coffee is fresh and wireless internet is always free.
