Matt Forge, MHA

Current CEO

Matt has served as President & CEO of Osceola Medical Center in Osceola, WI and as Chief Administrative Officer for Essentia Health overseeing St. Mary’s & Clearwater Valley Hospital and Clinics in Orofino Idaho and St. Mary’s Hospital and Clinics in Cottonwood, ID. He earned a Master of Healthcare Administration degree from the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Sciences degree from the University of Idaho, College of Business.

Chief Human Resources Officer

Bernadette has been a member the Pullman Regional Hospital Human Resources department for over 37 years. Her current role as Chief Human Resources Officer includes benefits administration, performance management, leadership development, and employee on-boarding.

Carrie Coen (3)

Carrie Coen, DPT

Chief Reliability Officer

Carrie has been with Pullman Regional Hospital since 2008. Her previous role with the organization was the Director of Rehabilitation Services at Summit Therapy and Health Services, where she oversaw physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, massage therapy, acupuncture, athletic training, and genetic counseling services. She holds a BS and DPT in Physical Therapy from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. Carrie is also a member of the Health Student Professionals Advisory Board at Washington State University and a Senior Consultant for Speech Sounds Visualized. 

Jeannie Eylar (3)

Jeannie Eylar, MSN

Chief Nursing Officer

Jeannie has been the Chief Clinical and Patient Safety Officer at Pullman Regional Hospital since 1993.  She graduated from Washington State University in 1981 with her BSN and in 2009 with her MSN.  She has served as a commissioner on the Nursing Care Quality Assurance Commission since 2013.  Her role on the commission has been a learning and stimulating experience in the world of regulation and policy development.  She has served on multiple healthcare committees in the state and is a member of the NW Organization of Nurse Leaders.

Chief Financial Officer

Steve has more than 25 years of financial management experience in an acute healthcare setting. He champions our organization's financial effectiveness while remaining culturally aligned. This includes a close working relationship with the entire leadership team to train, educated, coach, and formulate data driven results.

Stephen Hall, MD

Chief Medical Officer, Family Medicine & OB Provider

Dr. Stephen Hall has been providing family medicine and obstetrical care since 1997 at Palouse Medical in Pullman, WA. He is also the Program Director for the Family Medicine Residency Program- Pullman, through Washington State University’s Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine. In his Chief Medical Officer role, Dr. Hall serves as a departmental advisor to Pullman Regional Hospital’s BirthPlace, Genetic Counseling, Nutrition, Clinical Informatics, and Pharmacy departments. He also works closely with hospital physicians and clinical staff to ensure seamless integration of physician residents in the care of patients.

Linda Infranco, CFRE

Foundation Executive Director

As Executive Director of the Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation, Linda is responsible for providing philanthropic leadership for Pullman Regional. Prior to joining the Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation, Linda worked at Washington State University since 2000 and most recently served as Sr. Director of Development for the WSU Honors College. Linda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from WSU and holds a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) certification. 

Pete Mikkelsen (1)

Pete Mikkelsen, MD, MBA

Chief Medical Officer, Medical Director of Emergency Services

Dr. Mikkelsen has worked for Pullman Regional Hospital’s Emergency Department since 2004, first as an Emergency Physician and now as Medical Director of the Emergency Department. He is a Certified Physician Executive in Healthcare Leadership through the American Association for Physician Leadership and completed his MBA from the University of Massachusetts in Spring of 2022. In his Chief Medical Officer role, Dr. Mikkelsen serves as a departmental advisor to Pullman Regional Hospital’s Medical/Surgical and Intensive Care Units, Laboratory, Respiratory Services, Sleep Lab, Emergency, and Care Coordination departments. He also supports the functions of regulatory compliance, credentialing and risk management for the hospital as well as recruitment for primary care physicians, emergency physicians and hospitalists.

Karly Port, MBA

Chief Physician Services Officer

Karly has direct oversight over Pullman Regional Hospital's Clinic Network, which includes all clinic practices which the hospital owns and manages. She works closely with physicians, leadership and staff to ensure community healthcare needs continue to be met with quality, passionate and dedicated service. She is experienced in developing comprehensive strategies, optimizing team performance, and deploying key initiatives to effectively drive ongoing business performance. Karly has been with Pullman Regional Hospital for over 10 years.

Ed Tingstad (2)

Edwin Tingstad, MD

Chief Medical Officer, Orthopedic Surgeon

Dr. Edwin Tingstad is a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon and Sports Medicine Physician. He’s been with Inland Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Clinic since 2000, a part of the Pullman Regional Hospital Orthopedic Center of Excellence. He is also a team physician for Washington State University Athletics. In his Chief Medical Officer role, Dr. Tingstad serves as a departmental advisor to Pullman Regional Hospital’s Surgery, Anesthesia, Imaging, Same Day Services, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, and Rehabilitation Services departments. He also supports recruitment efforts for specialty care physicians and serve as a Pullman Regional Hospital Foundation liaison.
