We want to provide you access to your health information when and where you need it. Through Pullman Regional Hospital's MyChart, an electronic patient record, you can view your health information online anytime, anywhere.

As an enrolled patient, you can access:
  • Medical Record Summary: Including allergies, discharge instructions, health issues, immunizations, medications, and surgeries/procedures.
  • Message: Message your doctor or provider.
  • Clinical Results: View laboratory and radiology results. (Allow up to four days to view radiology results).
  • Schedule: You can schedule some appointments through MyChart, including primary care and some imaging appointments. 


How to enroll:
  • Enroll at Pullman Regional Hospital or one of our clinics at your next appointment.
  • To self-enroll, download the MyChart app in the Google Play store or Apple App store (scroll through the list of entities to find 'Pullman Regional Hospital') or follow the "Not a Member" link above to start the sign-in process. You will be asked to enter the MyChart Activation Code that was emailed to you. If you don’t have an activation code, click SIGN UP ONLINE.

Is there a fee to use MyChart?

No, MyChart is a free service offered to our patients.

My activation code does not work, what should I do?

Some of my health information on MyChart is incorrect, what should I do?

Your MyChart information comes directly from your electronic medical record at your doctor's office. If you spot any incorrect information, please ask your doctor to correct it at your next clinic visit.  Your health information is reviewed and updated in your electronic medical record during each visit.

How do I message my provider through MyChart?

You may start by clicking on "Menu" and selecting "Messages" (in the Communication section). From there, you can select "Send a Message", then click "Message your Provider", choose a topic and finally select your provider’s name to start your message. You can message your Provider if:

  • You have a primary care provider (PCP).
  • You must have had at least one qualifying event, such as an Office Visit, with that clinic or provider within the last year.


What should I do if I don't understand my health information?

If you do not understand your health information in MyChart, call your primary care physician for clarification or discuss your questions with them during your next clinic visit.

How do I upload documents?

You are able to attach a document by clicking on "Menu" and selecting "Messages" (under Communication). From there, you can select "Send a Message", then click "Message Your Provider", choose a topic and finally select your provider’s name to start your message. After you complete the form, at the bottom of the page, you will see "Attach an Image". You can attach a file based on the following criteria:

  • You can attach up to 3 files
  • The allowed file types are JPEG, JPG, PDF, PNG, TIF, TIFF
  • The maximum file size is 6.00 MB for images and PDFs

How do I see my test results?

Click on “Menu”, select "Test Results" under the “My Record” section. On the "Test Results" page, click anywhere within the row to display the results for that test. For labs resulted during hospitalization, select “Include Hospital Results” checkbox if not checked.

Your test results are released to your MyChart account by an automated process or by your physician. This is generally within 1-14 days to allow your Provider to review them. If you feel that your test results should be available but you don't see them in MyChart, it is best to call your physician’s office to discuss the test results.

Can I see radiology images through MyChart?

The text portion of radiology reports can be viewed in MyChart and are released at the discretion of the ordering physician. Radiographic images are not transmitted through MyChart at this time. If you would like to obtain an image, you may request it from the Health Information Management (Medical Records) department or send a request by clicking on "Your Menu" and selecting "Document Center" from the “My Record” section. Select "Requested Records" and complete the "Self Request" form. Under the "Information Requested" section, choose "Radiology Images/CD."

Why am I not receiving emails alerting me when there is new information in MyChart?

MyChart will automatically send you an email when you have new information in your MyChart account. If you are not receiving emails please verify that we have your current email address on file. To verify your email address or to set notification settings, click on “Menu” and select “Communication Preferences” from under the “Account Settings” section to review. You may also want to check your browser settings to make sure MyChart emails are not being sent to junk mail or your spam folder.

How do I get a comprehensive copy of my medical records?

You can obtain your complete medical records or just abstracts by contacting the Health Information Management (Medical Records) department. While in MyChart, click on “Your Menu”, select "Document Center" and then select "Requested Records" to complete the "Self-Request" form.

Alternatively, you can contact your provider’s office for outpatient visits.

How do I access my old Health Portal?

Your health information has been migrated to MyChart. If you need to access your old Pullman Regional Hospital Health Portal, you can do so by visiting https://myrecord.inhs.org
